This glossary defines the non-variable, deterministic terms used within the Universal Structural Axioms (USA) and the resulting Structural Governance Model (SGM), replacing the chaotic, probabilistic language of the Legacy Chaotic Model (LCM).

The axiom mandating that all biological systems must maintain absolute chemical fidelity to the PMC Blueprint to achieve persistence. Malfunction is a measurable chemical deviation ($\mathbf{D_I}$).
The fixed, non-negotiable physical or abstract location of any structural unit (e.g., a planet’s orbit, a fixed economic network, a molecular boundary). Any movement outside the Locus constitutes a Leak.
The Leak
Any deviation, accumulation, or entropic energy that represents a failure to adhere to the structural laws. The Leak is always quantifiable and measurable (e.g., thermal pressure, chemical deviation, frictional time).
Correction
The deterministic, non-elective action required by structural law to instantly neutralize a Leak and restore the system to its required state of persistence (e.g., a Thermal Shock, an instant $\mathbf{C_R}$ dose, a $\mathbf{50/50}$ asset transfer).
Structural Singularity
A single, indivisible structural unit that, despite possessing two distinct and complementary poles (Active/Receptive), functions as a unified whole (e.g., an entangled particle pair, a dual-gender reproductive unit).
Dynamo Field
The fixed, electrodynamically enforced structural lattice of the cosmos, replacing the concept of empty space. Travel occurs along its fixed Field Tracks toward Structural Nodes.

SGM (All Laws)
Structural Friction ($\mathbf{F_S}$)
Any accumulation of time, cost, or regulatory barrier that slows the required instantaneous exchange rate ($\mathbf{\epsilon}$) between complementary poles, resulting in a quantifiable Leak.
